Sometime in the past week or so I read an article that the average Valentine's Day expenditure, excluding meals, is $123. (Greg is in charge of explaing the concept of numerical average to Becky.)
That got me to thinking about what an incredible rip off the whole thing is. Can we all say Hallmark holiday?
Nope, nothing to do with hallmark.
Although, they have obviously profited from it.

Well, I was hoping there'd be a snowstorm and the roads between here and North Carolina would be shut down. Alas, such is not the case, so no "CSI" for me tonight....

I got everyone beat. My recent ex came over and we argued. Very romantical.
Greg did you buy yourself some champaigne to drink while you soaked in your bubble bath?
Nah, I worked all day, came home, put my feet up , watch some tv and had a little dinner.
Nothing too spectacular, just the way I wanted it to be.
